1. The contract will only commence once the quotation has been signed or an order received, the deposit paid in full and a signed drawing / window schedule is received.
2. A 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of this quotation, 40% prior to delivery of units to site. The balance and any other applicable charges are due on completion should Pegasus Aluminium be responsible for installation.
3. No retention money is applicable and final payment is due on practical completion. All our work is guaranteed for 1 year and any snags will fall under the guarantee.
4. All quotations and invoices are rendered with Errors and Omissions Excepted (E. & O.E.).
5. Price valid for 30 days from quotation date.
6. Pegasus Aluminium will take care when installing our products, however we will not be held liable for the following:
6.1 Tiles almost certainly will break
6.2 Plaster will be damaged while removing existing windows and doors
6.3 Dust will be present and is unavoidable while working
7. We will not be held responsible for floors that are not level. Any adjustments or cutting of doors will be for Clients account.
8. This quote excludes all or any building, plastering, painting, and tile work.
9. The appointment of a safety representative and safety files are excluded from this quote.
10. Glazing certificates will only be issued once final payment has been received.
11. Pegasus Aluminium will supply access ladders up to 2.5m. Access equipment (scaffolding, hoists) would be an extra if required.
12. Main contractor/client is to supply electricity or we will organise and it will be charged at R550/day.
13. As the signatory you confirm that you have the authority to sign the quotation and or any and all documentation pertaining to the contract.
